Caption: Near Llangunllo. Looking NNE.
Description: Near Llangunllo. Looking NNE. Headwater tributary of River Lugg. The stream and cliff expose more than 100 ft. of 'basin-facies' siltstones of the Ludlow Series dipping fairly steeply northwards in to the Felindre Basin. Near-drought at the time the photograph was taken had reduced the usually fine waterfall - 'Water-break-its-neck' - to the left of the cliff, and it is almost invisible.
