Description: Radnor Forest. Looking NNW. Radnor Forest viewed from the Smatcher. The deeply dissected plateau rising to over 2000 ft. O.D. is formed of gently inclined 'basin-facies' siltstones of the Ludlow Series. The valley running up northwards into the deep ravine is Harley Dingle, and the broad valley in the foreground is the New Radnor reach of Summergill Brook.
