Description: Meall an Tarmachain and country to the south and west, Ardnamurchan, Argyllshire. Portion of the later ring-dyke complex (Centre 3) of the major Tertiary central igneous complex of Ardnamurchan. The view shows the outer wall of Great Eucrite against quartz-gabbro and capped by basalt lava and agglomerate. Note the dark crags to the left are the Great Eucrite and the light-coloured crags along the skyline to the right are agglomerate and basalt lava. Quartz-gabbros occur on the lower slopes.
