Description: | River North Esk at the old Suspension Bridge, 1.1 km. north-north-east of Gannochy Bridge, 3.2 km. north-north-east of Edzell, Kincardine. Conglomerates of the Lower Old Red Sandstone exposed by river erosion in the gorge of the River North Esk on both sides of Gannochy Bridge, north of Edzell.
