| Description: | The Ardrishaig Phyllite, the rocks in the crags are a sequence of chloritic pelites, calcareous phyllites, thinly-bedded sandy marbles and fine-grained quartzites with north-north-east trending porphyrite dykes in the upper slopes. Steep scarp, with talus features, produced by a fault running along the Pass of Brander. The rocks are Dalradian metasedimentary rocks with minor porphyrite and epidiorite dykes. |
