Broad glaciofluvial fan of coarse gravel laid down at the mouth of Coire Garbhlach, forming cliffs where eroded by present-day Allt Garbhlach and River Feshie. Lateral moraines of the Glen Feshie glacier above the fan. Meall Dubhag, to left of Coire Garbhlach, largely made of granite. Other hills made of Grampian Group psammite (metamorphosed sandstone). |
