Description: The Five Sisters of Kintail, from left to right Sgurr nan Saighead, Sgurr Fhuaran, Sgurr na Carnach and Sgurr na Ciste Duibhe taken from a hillside south of Shiel Bridge. Skye & Lochalsh district. Allt Undalain in the foreground. The foreground and the low hill on the opposite side of the Allt Undalain are underlain by psammites and semipelites that in places show migmatization. The 'Five Sisters of Kintail' in the background are composed of Moine metasedimentary rocks either psammites or mixed psammite and semipelite.
