The coarse lower division of the gravel is not exposed. The fine-grained cross-bedded middle division is exposed up to the head of the observer and is overlain by about 2.5 m. of coarse, cobbly, poorly sorted upper division. Cross-bedding in the middle division indicates a current direction from left to right (to 114 degrees - 124 degrees). |
