A west-north-west view across a meander of the River Wye to degraded river cliffs in mudstones of the Raglan Marl group (Lower Old Red Sandstone) capped by gravels of the Third Higher Terace of the Wye. The flat ground on the right is the flood plain alluvium of the Wye.
