Description: The porphyritic dolerite intrusion extends from Glas Bheinn for 4 km. westwards towards Camphouse. It is one of two porphyritic dolerite intrusions of Centre 1, the other forms a small circular mass south of Ben Hiant. A croft and hayfield are in the foreground. A massive quartz-dolerite cone-sheet of Centre 2 extends obliquely up a hillside cutting through Moine schists in the foreground and a porphyritic dolerite intrusion of Centre 1 of the Ardnamurchan Tertiary igneous complex.
