Description: Lanlavery Rock, near Camelford. Looking SW. Quartz reef in fault. Locally in upper vein. These projections from the ground are composed of vein quartz, which fills the fault that here lies between the granite and the killas. It probably passes right across the granite, but is much harder in some places than others. The reef is locally a copper vein and was worked to a small extent at Roughtor Mine.
