Description: Kennack Bay (W. side), 50 yd. S. of cove, Ruan Minor. Looking SW. Two dykes in serpentine. The serpentine has large enstatite (bastite) crystals, seen on the weathered surface. A gabbro dyke about 9 inches thick dips and curving to W. and is displaced by a fault being shifted almost 4 feet. In the fault plane an epidorite of modified dolerite, nearly vertical. It shoots across from one joint to another when it crosses the gabbro.
