Description: Drogans Quarry, near Dora Ville, County Fermanagh. Looking NNW. Multiple dolerite dyke. The working face of a roadstone quarry in a major dolerite dyke. Detailed petrology reveals that it is a multiple dyke, emplaced by several magma pulses at distinct times. Note the increase of joints towards the right-hand side where the country rock (Old Red Sandstone) is near.
