Description: Caswell Bay, Gower. Caswell Bay overthrust ('The country around Swansea' A1907.Fig.1.p.8.) The overthrust runs to the left of a thick bed of white oolite seen in the foot of the cliffs above the stooping bather. The beds to the right of it are bent into a very sharp syncline, followed by an equally sharp anticline, the northern limb of which is seen in the headland to the right.
