This water-worn exposure is on the north side of the River Deveron, 85 m. east of the Castle Bridge. It contains xenoliths of Dalradian metasediments in a coarse-grained garnet-biotite-quartz-cordierite-orthopyroxene-plagioclase matrix with a gneissose foliation in places. |
