A view taken 105 yards south of the locality named showing the gully or gorge formed by a temporary stream produced by storm water collected on the Challacombe-Simonsbath road. The exposure shows strongly contorted Ilfracombe Beds shale. The shales are bending sharply over the hill creep. See also A8759, A8761, A8763, and A8770. |
