Description: Penarth, South Glamorgan. Triassic strata in cliffs south of Penarth. Black shales of the Penarth Group overlie interbedded mudstones, dolomites and limestones of the Tea Green Marl. The top of the Red Marl is level with the top of the sea wall. Height of cliff 26 m.
