Description: Pass of Llanberis. Looking SE. The Pass of Llanberis, looking up. The view is taken from a point about ? mile below (NW of) Pont-y-Gromlech. The right side (of view) is chiefly in rocks of the Lower Rhyolitic Series of Snowdon, capped by the Bedded Pyroclastic Series of Tal-y-Llyn on skyline in right centre. The black crag on the right is augite dolerite intrusion of Dinas Mot, beneath which an anticline of Gwastadnant Grits runs obliquely through the dark crag in the middle distance and up the high slopes to the left of the observer towards the head of the Pass. On the right is the delta from the Cwm Glas-mawr.
