Description: Watermouth, about 2 m. E. of Ilfracombe. Looking E. Cave eroded along a fault, Watermouth Cave. The waves have plucked out masses of soft fault-material and removed them so that a roof has been formed. At one spot the roof itself has fallen and separated the cave into two sections.
