Description: Old quarry, 1/4 m. NW of Bilham House, 3/4 m. S. of Hooton Pagnell. Looking E. Permian System. Lowest beds of the Lower Magnesian Limestone resting on the Basal Sands. The limestones are rather flaggy beds while the Basal Sands are yellow in colour with current-bedding. They are poorly cemented.
