Description: 400 yd. E. of How Mill Station. Looking N. Pit in boulder clay (lower part of sand-pit A4064). The boulder clay is composed of angular and subangular boulders of St. Bees Sandstone set in a matrix of crushed sandstone. The solid sandstone occurs in situ in the floor of the pit.
