Additional information: Anna Mary (née Usher) and Charles Thomas Clough had one son, Charles Durham, and two daughters, Edith and Florence (‘Flossie’). In the late 1890s while in the field, mainly in the Glenelg area, Clough sent letters to his son with sketches of the scenery and other features that caught his eye. Charles Durham Clough emigrated to Canada (British Columbia) prior to the First World War, where he settled in Roberts Creek. He first married Amy Foxall but after her death in 1936 he married Violet Georgina Plummer (1903 – 1981). Their daughter was Alice Francesca Marie Clough, to whom Trena Hollands (née Basey) was born. Charles D Clough died at Roberts Creek, British Columbia on 28th January, 1962 and is buried in Seaview Cemetery.
