Description: Corfe Castle. Looking ENE. Corfe Castle. The hill of Chalk on which Corfe Castle has been built separates two breaches in the Chalk escarpment. The two streams unite in the Tertiary plain a short distance to the left. The Chalk is nearly vertical.
