Description: West Burton Waterfall. Looking S. The Gayle shale (Dinantian) is seen in the undercut portion of the waterfall. The overlying Gayle Limestone consists of a lower well-bedded portion and an upper more massive portion. The well-bedded limestone is the fall-maker.
