Description: Hollin House Tongue, Seathwaite, Duddon Valley, Cumbria. Channel fill deposits in Duddon Hall Formation. The conglomerate contains abundant angular clasts of thin-bedded tuffs derived from the Duddon Hall Formation into which the channel is cut. It is overlain by a massive unbedded, coarse, volcaniclastic sandstone.
