Description: Oblique aerial view of Strath Fillan, near Tyndrum, Perthshire. Hummocky moraines and River Cononish in Strath Fillan near Tyndrum. Recessional moraine ridges composed mostly of sand and gravel that formed during the 'active retreat', right to left, of a Loch Lomond Readvance glacier. These landforms form part of the evidence for the renewed glaciation of the Loch Lomond Stadial when glaciers once more became extensive in the Central and South-west Highlands.
