Caption: St. Albans Head. Swanage Excursion, May 16th 1910.
Description: Dancing Ledge. On this portion of the coast are several quarries in the Portland Stone, and natural caverns hollowed out by the waves. This gets its name from a large platform of cherty limestone over which the breakers dash in rough weather.
