Caption: Grey Lake Quarry, Camelford. North Cornwall, April 12th 1914.
Description: This rock is a grey porphyritic quartz felsite being coarse grained in the centre with large phenocrysts of pink and yellowish orthoclase feldspar crystals but at its contact with the granite or sediment it is a very fine grained crypto crystalline rock which shows flow lines and spherulites.
