Description: Crawton, 6.4 km. south of Stonehaven, Kincardine. Cliff of Lower Old Red Sandstone coarse conglomerate with sandstone intercalations, showing irregular erosion. On the right is a waterfall issuing from a 'hanging valley', a postglacial stream course. The old course 60 m. to the west is now filled with glacial till and lies along the line of the north-west - south-east joint where the blowhole in C02584 has formed.
