Description: Between Allt Bun an Eas and Brein Phort, south-west coast of Jura, Argyllshire. Stacks of quartzite and basalt dykes on postglacial raised beach. The cliff behind is capped with shingle of late-glacial raised beach. Lower partly-grassed platform is postglacial raised beach at c. 14 m. above O.D. Fossil sea stacks above this bench are in some cases Jura Quartzite, but the prominent one near the sea in the middle distance is a Palaeocene dolerite dyke. Gently sloping surface on right is late-glacial raised beach, c. 34 m. above O.D., which retains patches of shingle (pale).
