Description: Carrock Fell Mine, Mosedale. Harding Vein. The vein here is in greisen wall rock. Very large quartz crystals can be seen growing into the centre of the vein on the left of the picture. Pale brown scheelite is abundant as irregular patches concentrated mainly near the centre of the vein (above the hammer head).
