Description: Oblique aerial view of Coldingham Bay viewed from the east. Berwickshire. The white buildings with the red roofs are at St. Abb's Haven. Intrusive porphyrites and agglomerates. The rocks on the shore are intrusive porphyrites and unbedded agglomerates, probably within a volcanic vent, of Lower Old Red Sandstone age. Coldingham Sands, on the left, marks the local southern limit of these rocks. Silurian greywackes form the high ground on the right.
