Description: Sand and gravel-pit, the Folly, Ingham, 6.5 km. N. of Bury St. Edmunds. Interbedded well-sorted and poorly-sorted glacial sand and gravel. Of particular interest is the poorly-sorted gravel in the middle of the picture overlying an upward fining, well-laminated sand and gravel unit. The cobble gravel, in turn, is overlain by irregularly interbedded well-sorted sand and poorly-sorted sand and gravel.
