Description: N. of Embury Beach. Looking E. Minor folds in shales and thin sandstones, Crackington Formation. Shales and thin sandstones from between the Embury Shale (Gastrioceras subcrenatum horizon) and the Gull Rock Shale (Gastrioceras listeri horizon) lie in the steep north-dipping limb of a major anticline and show intense crumpling between more competent sandstone-rich units.
