Description: Oblique aerial view of Dumyat, Ochil Hills from south-east. Dumyat is composed of north-west-dipping lavas and agglomerates of Lower Devonian age. The Ochil Fault, the most important fault in the Stirling area runs along the foot of the scarp, the downthrow being to the south. The low ground is occupied by drift-covered Carboniferous rocks.
