Description: Back of Pentargon Cove, Boscastle, just S. of the waterfall, 650 yd. W. 35 degrees S. of Beeny, St. Juliot. Looking E. Ruck folding in the Crackington Formation. Zones of ruck folds trending east - west occurring in black slates of the Crackington Formation between small north-dipping low-angle slip planes. The rucking can be seen to intensify down to the slip-plane. A large rust-stained quartz body occurs in the upper part of the picture.
