Description: On the extreme western side of Willapark, Boscastle, about 100 ft above high water mark, 1030 yd. N. 11 degrees E. of Welltown Manor, Forrabury. Looking E. A low-angle fault at Willapark, near Boscastle. The photograph shows an indurated, brecciated, quartz-veined crush zone on the site of a low-angle fault dipping gently to the north (left). Small drag folds within the zone indicate an overriding movement to the north. The dark slates and brown coloured ashes above and the dark slates below belong to the Barras Nose Formation of the Tintagel Group.
