Description: Prings Farm, Lower Beeding. Looking NW. View across the valley at Nuthurst towards Sedgewick Park. [Viewpoint: crest of Horsham Stone escarpment at 280 ft. O.D. near Prings Farm.] The birch and fir woods in the middle distance are growing upon Upper Tunbridge Wells Sand, and the foreground slope is that of the lowest Weald Clay, the base of which coincides approximately with the near side of the wood. The ridge marking the skyline is an escarpment formed by the southern limb of a syncline in Horsham Stone at Sedgewick Park.
