Description: Riverhead, near Sevenoaks. Looking N. Sand dredging of Folkestone Beds. Working over a period of years has cut into Folkestone Beds, overlain by basal Gault, on the side of the Darent channel. A small amount of chalky flint, gravel and brown loam overburden (Head deposits) is seen at the top of the cliff on the left.
