Description: E. of Westbury. Chalk escarpment: Bratton Down, Westbury. Along the western edge of Salisbury Plain the Chalk forms a prominent escarpment. The low land of the foreground consists of Kimmeridge Clay and Gault, and the Upper Greensand forms a slight feature at the base of the escarpment. Repeat of A5769.
