Caption: Bilberry Reservoir. Looking S.
Description: Bilberry Reservoir. Looking S. Delta of stream entering Bilberry Reservoir. Mouth of Hey Clough when the water-level in the reservoir is low showing stream meandering in a channel cut through the deltaic deposits. The sudden check to the rate of flow, when the stream reaches the reservoir causes the deposit of the burden in stratified layers; the current follows a winding course. The deposit here consists of fine silt.
