Description: Photograph on the coast, 5.2 km. north-north-east of Fortrose. Ross & Cromarty. Old sea stacks on 25 ft. raised beach. The raised beach is greatly obscured by scree material from the old sea cliff. The old sea stacks, raised beach and old cliff line are evidence of a much higher sea level than at present. Note the fisherman's hut with the nets drying outside on the beach.
