Description: Quarry about 230 yd. NW of reservoir, 1/2 m. SE of Cricor Farm. Looking NW. Steeply-dipping bedding-plane in Lower Valentian rocks, showing effect of cleavage. Southern slope of Mynydd-Cricor. The cleavage-forces have tended to split up the thin layer of mudstone (which are interbedded with shales) into phacoidal fragments.
