Description: An Steall, Glen Nevis. Inverness-shire. Waterfall 'An Steall' of the 'hanging valley' of Allt Coire a' Mhail. The bothy in the foreground is in obvious occupation. The waterfall flows over a small recumbent fold of Glencoe Quartzite in the Leven Schists. The latter overlies the quartzite where waterfall commences and underlies it where waterfall stops. A recumbent fold is an overturned fold where the axial plane, the plane through the centre of the fold, is horizontal or almost horizontal.
