Description: About 1 m. ESE of Kirkland and 1 3/4 m. ESE of Rowrah Station, Lamplugh. Looking SW. Terraced delta deposited in Glacier-Lake Ennerdale. See 'Summary of Progress for 1921', App. I, pp.125-6. The delta crosses the view beyond the old mine-tip. The part on the right, its steep front forming the skyline directly beyond the tip, is the 700 (+) ft. delta. To the left is the 700 (-) ft. delta. About 2? in. from the left edge its front is notched by a slight ledge which may be the 600 ft. strand-line. Beyond this delta the 600 ft. delta extends to Huner How Farm and trees at 1? in. from the edge.
