Description: Fyfield Down, about 2 m. NW of Fyfield. Looking W. Sarsens on Fyfield Down. One of the trains of sarsens which descend from Fyfield and Overton Downs into the adjacent combes. The stream-like arrangement of the boulders doubtless has been much emphasized by the removal of outlying stones from the more readily cultivated ground between the bottoms.
