Talus above moraine terraces. The lower terraces are formed of recent alluvium of the River Findhorn. The photograph forms part of a panorama with C01314. Talus is the coarse unconsolidated rock fragments formed by the progressive accumulation of rockfall debris beneath the steep rock faces. |
