Description: | View of the Grand Arch, Scratchell's Bay, (Sun Corner). Looking SE. The Grand Arch. The arch, about 150 ft. in height, is worn in the Upper Chalk Zone, of Micraster coranguinum. A layer of tabular flint 15 ft. above the upper edge of the grass slope to right of arch is taken as the lower limit of that Zone by Dr. A.W. Rowe.
