Description: View of Aonach Dubh (868.38 m.) on the right and Gearr Aonach on the left, from the north side of Glen Coe. Looking south-west. Argyllshire. Lower Old Red Sandstone volcanic rocks of the Glencoe Cauldron Subsidence. Both consist of thick rhyolite flows above thinner flows of augite-andesite dipping from right to left. On extreme left the grassy hollows mark the lines of north-north-east - south-south-west porphyrite dykes of the Etive Swarm.
