| Description: | Bullslaughter Bay (N. side), S. of Warren. Gash-breccia is faulted and folded Carboniferous Limestone. The eastern face of the natural arch seen in A1021. The beds belong to the upper part of the Dibunophyllum Zone. Those in the extremity of the point form a syncline with those in the distance, G; being a repetition of an oolite (G) seen there (see A1039). The two chief faults or shear-belts, where clearly traceable are shown in black. Some bedding-planes between are shown in blue. The boundaries of the gash-breccia E which almost fills the cliff on the right, are shown in green, D being apparently undisturbed limestone. |
